VIP gets a glass of sparkling wine, free coat check, and a fancy printed program. you wear a wristlet stating VIP. if I went again I would buy section A to be in the third row, since I've done the VIP already. the 8 piece orchestra was FANTASTIC and so moving. the two opera singers were animated and sang about every third piece. just enough. I'm not an opera fan but these two artists were impressive to me. the first half was all Mozart, the second half, all Strauss. this was the highlight…”

“Our guide Lena ( not sure of spelling she said pronounced like the last part of Magdalene ) Was early waiting at meeting point with You On Tour sign, Explained what was about to happen clearly, kept an eye on her group throughout spoke clearly in English no trouble understanding her ever, she distributed ear phones which worked well to hear her always once inside Palace even with other groups and crowds in places. We breezed through lines at entrance. The tour included 22 rooms which to me was quite extensive compared to other Palaces I’ve visited. The Palace is impressive. “The palace is lovely and the after hours tour was nice. I'm assuming we skipped a long line. However the meeting place was not described well. Inside the gate to the left of a huge court yard a palace was a terrible way to describe the meeting point. We had to ask a few people where to go. Just a few more sentences about going through the gate, all the way through the courtyard, go inside the tour office which is on the left of the main building entrance.. etc. Also, we were told the tour started at 5. It started at 5:30, so we all just sat there waiting…”

“I attended with my mother . We had a wonderful evening. The orchestra was excellent and interactive with the audience. The lighting enhanced the evening. We enjoyed the meal before hand and as it was traditional Austrian not something we would have chosen it was even more special.
